Good to know
How is Premium plus Remove ads billed?
Together, as one monthly PayPal subscription. Cancel any time from your PayPal account and the benefits run to the end of the month you paid for.
I paid with a different email than my account. What now?
Write to support@dearscrapbook.comand we'll link the payment to your account by hand.
What happens if Premium lapses?
Your scrapbooks get a fresh 10-day free-plan clock. Nothing is deleted without warning.
How long does a free scrapbook last?
10 days, then there's a 4-day window to revive it by upgrading before it's removed.
