Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
Essential cookies (always on)
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
ds_session | Keeps you logged in | Expires after 2 hours of inactivity |
ds_2fa | Completes the two-factor login step | 10 minutes |
ds_admin | Admin portal session (staff only) | Expires after 2 hours of inactivity |
ds_vid | First-party visitor id for aggregate analytics (visits, popular pages, tool usage); not used for advertising | About 1 year |
Both your logged-in session and the staff admin session end automatically after 2 hours of inactivity; you simply sign in again to continue. We also store your cookie choice itself in your browser's local storage (ds-consent).
Advertising & personalization
Ad-supported plans show banner ads regardless of your cookie choice. Your choice only affects personalization: if you choose “Accept all”, Google AdSense may use advertising cookies to tailor ads to you; if you choose “Essential only”, we ask Google to serve non-personalized ads instead, which don't use your advertising profile. Google's use of advertising cookies is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Ad-Free and Lifetime plans show no ads at all.
Changing your choice
Clear this site's data in your browser (or just the ds-consent entry in local storage) and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
